Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the box is securely sealed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
